My driver was brilliant, text communications prior to arrival were reassuring, very welcoming upon arrival, even helped me with my suitcase to the door!

The drivers are warm and friendly engaging in interesting conversation and setting the temperature in the car to suit our needs.
Our driver is a "nice bloke" who made sure that I was properly looked after - as a senior I need some support to make sure that seat belts are properly in position and some help with luggage. Nick looked after us perfectly, I look forward to travelling with him and Castlemaine Flyer again!

I have a friend who has had more than 1 bad experience with your company and although my experience has been positive I am actually reluctant to use your services again as the driver never turned up to collect her on the day that she had booked and she thus made a very rushed and stressful trip to the airport in her own car.
