There were a few issues with the online at time of the automated system having a hiccup however , we were able to eventually speak with a human which helped us with booking . Thankyou!

I received 5 emails and 7 text messages about this trip. It was just the ride home from a trip - you started communicating with me about this before I even left for the trip. Would recommend that you review the amount of comms you send. Otherwise excellent service!
Your big problem is that AI thing called Sam. It really needs some modification to simply connect with the customer on arrival and then defer directly to the driver who is actually a human. I understand the driver is not able to see the communications between Sam and the customer. That doesn’t make any sense to me and it’s unfair to your driver. I found it to be a menace for my booking. The driver Glen was amazing and very professional but Sam got in the way. If you are able to review the actual communications that occurred in relation to my booking (me, Sam and Glen) you will see the problem. I’m very happy to give you direct feedback. My mobile is .

A delightful trip with Colin and great conversation. A bit of a misunderstanding with pickup location, but easily fixed.
My initial response was liaising with Sam the Ai Admin Assistant wasn’t going to “fly” with me but I gave it a go and he certainly came up tops. Sam was very efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. I was recommended by 5 of your customers and their positive feedback was the prime reason for giving it a shot. The location of the pick up area is not clear. I could not find a map to show me where the pickup area was relative to my arrival point. A link in your info, to a small video (or a photo minimum) showing someone finding the location with the signs etc clearly visible - would be great. Thanks.

Absolutely amazing experience,with a last minute booking(less than 12 hrs) got our daughter safely to the airport and saved us a lot of stress and a very early morning trip. Robert was on time and extremely nice,making her trip down a great experience
